B. User Generated Content (Drawings & Images)

LoveCanvas is a couples' app designed to share drawings and images. When you use the Service:

• Drawings: Your coordinate data is synchronized in real-time using Google Firebase.
• Images: Custom background images you upload are stored securely on our servers to be displayed on your partner's device. These images are accessible only to you and your paired partner.

C. Device Permissions

The Application may request access to certain device features to function properly:

• Storage (Photos/Media): Required to upload custom background wallpapers or save drawings.
• Vibration: Required to send "Nudges" to your partner.
• Internet: Required to sync data with your partner in real-time.

3. Third-Party Services

4. Security of Your Data

The security of Your Personal Data and User Content is important to Us. We use secure tokens to verify uploads and restrict access to your shared data so that only your partnered device can view it. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
